Review: HP Compaq 2710p (TabletPc2.com)

HP Compaq 2710p The HP Compaq 2710p is starting to make its way out there, and we have a first impression of the 2710p from Linda Epstein of TabletPc2.com. She’s got a picture of it outdoors (without an outdoor screen) and it’s not too bad (keeping in mind that these things don’t normally photograph well – what you see in person is usually better).

The HP Compaq 2710p is the Santa Rosa based update to HP’s ultraportable tablet line, and it’s got an Ultra Low Voltage (ULV) Intel Core 2 Duo, with a 12.1″ widescreen display.

In regards to using it in Tablet PC mode, she writes The “Pen Feel” when your writing on the 12.1″ Illumi-Lite, WXGA UWVA, anti-glare screen is very good and The pen storage compartment gives you access to the pen with a single touch, which makes it fingernail friendly for the female executives out there.
