A user review of the Dell Latitude D430 has been published over at Notebook Review. The D430 is currently Dell’s ultraportable offering (next to the Latitude XT, Dell’s ultraportable Tablet PC/convertible). It comes with an Ultra Low Voltage (ULV) Intel Core 2 Duo or Solo, Intel’s Santa Rosa platform, and has a 12.1″ widescreen display. The one tested in the review comes with an Intel Core Solu U1400 (1.2GHz). Like the MacBook Air, the D430 utilizes and external USB-based optical drive.
