Review: HP Pavilion tx2000z (Electronista)

HP Pavilion tx2000z Wallace Wang over at Electronista has put together a review of the HP Paviliion tx2000z.

It’s a five-part review, covering HP’s newest 12.1″ convertible Tablet PC/Laptop. It focuses on the unit as a Tablet PC, as an entertainment device, such as a DVD player, which it’s not very good at due to volume and DVD playback controls and their locations unless you use the infrared remote), and as a laptop.

They were only able to get around three and a half hours out of the 8-cell battery, and while manufacturers are usually very, let’s just say optimistic about their laptops, it seems kind of weird. They measured the Windows Experience Index and got a 3.0
