Raon Everun Note – Product Page

Raon Everun Note Back in June, we mentioned that information about an AMD-based netbook was making the rounds. It’s getting pretty close to being available, and it’s based on a full-size AMD Turion 64×2 Dual Core CPU running at 1.2GHz.

It’s called the Raon Digital Everun Note and Dynamism now has a page up, with some specifications and a few concept images and, unfortunately, no release date.

It’s got a 7″ 1024×600 touchscreen display, powered by the ATI RS690E graphics chipset with 128MB of dedicated DDR2 memory. It’s described as having around 2.5 hours of battery life.

Dimensions:
Width: 7.87 inches / 200 mm
Depth: 4.65 inches / 118 mm
Height: 1.08 inches / 27.5 mm

“The Everun Note is all keyboard and screen, with no wasted space. The concept is not new — we recall the Toshiba Libretto with fondness, as many early mobile computing enthusiasts do. To us, this Everun Note is like a modern-day Libretto-inspired mobile device with specifications that dwarf the original.”
