Medion Akoya Mini at IFA 2008

MSI Wind PC This week at IFA 2008 (an international consumer electronics trade fair – see website for more details), quite a few new products are being announced, including some of interest to us.

Medion is showing off the 10.2″ Intel Atom-based AKOYA Mini netbook and AVING.net has posted a few photos of it.

It’s got 1GB of RAM (expandable to 2GB) and an 80GB HDD. If it looks familiar (and if you’re wondering why we are using an MSI U100 icon), that’s because it is – it’s a rebadged 10.2″ MSI Wind U100 that’s available outside of North America.
