Announced: Mitsubishi Apricot AL C

Akihabara News has information about a new ultraportable notebook line from Mitsubishi, the Apricot AL C Series. It weighs in at around two pounds (under 1kg), and there is no word yet on its display size.

Press Release (Japanese). It’s apparently available now, and retails for around $2000 – $2100. Of note, the 20 and 40GB HDDs are 1.8-inch HDDs (which helps with the weight).
