Krunker has news of the new Sony VAIO SZ160P/C – it’s now available for pre-order (@ $2500USD). The SZ160P/C has a 13.3-inch widescreen display, is powered by one of the new Intel Core Duo CPUs (1.83GHz), is less than an inch thick, and weighs only 3.7 pounds (thanks to a carbon fiber case). For storage, it has a 100GB Seria ATA drive and a DVD burner.
One of the really unique features of the SZ160P/C is its “Hybrid Graphics System” that allows you to switch between the integrated video chipset, and an NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400 GPU, which allows you to have more control over battery life. Other features include an integrated camera and a white LED LCD backlight.
