Toshiba Dynabook SS RX1 Delayed

Toshia Dynabook SS RX1 Note Pc Akihabara News is reporting that the Toshiba Dynabook SS RX1, an ultraportable laptop destined for Japan (at least for now, althought I’m sure it will be available elsewhere through third party importers/exporters), has been delayed.

They are reporting that it should have been available yesterday, and may not be available until August 25th. It seems to be a supply/parts issue, and they are reporting that it could also be affecting the Panasonic R6 Jet Black edition as well.

The Dynabook SS RX1 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo Ultra Low Voltage U7500 CPU (1.06GHz), a very popular CPU in the ultraportable segment. It has a 12.1″ widescreen display, and with its Solid State Drive (SSD), weighs just under 2 pounds (around 850g).
