Something that’s kind of cool (and kind of reminds us of the original intent of the netbooks / sub-notebooks), MSI is rolling out a special edition of the 10″ MSI Wind U100.
It’s being referred to as the “MSI Wind Netbook Love Edition”.
This new model was developed to support notebook donation programs for children in rural and/or remote areas, and the program is being called “Love with the Wind”, and will deal with donations for Taiwan, China, Poland, Ukraine, Turkey, Russia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Korea and India.
As part of the new (cosmetic) design, it features “tans, bright silver and shining gold hearts pattern on a pure white chassis”. Outside of that, it appears to be the same as other Wind U100s.
