A few more photos and details of the 10.2″ Samsung Netbook (that’s the only name we have for it at this point) have emerged.
We already know it’ll be powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU and have a standard 2.5″ HDD (80GB – 160GB). According to What Laptop, it’ll have a 6-cell battery and Samsung’s internal tests are showing over 5 hours of battery life. They mention that Samsung has told them that it will be closely priced to similar netbooks on the market (we had already heard $550 USD but with Asus dropping some of their prices, we’ll see).
What Laptop has posted a few larger photos than we’ve already seen. They also mention that they will get an exclusive first review ahead of the Samsung device’s release in the UK / Europe.
The photos clearly show that Samsung was placing an emphasis on the keyboard, going so far as to move the power button off to the side of the ultraportable device in order to free up space.
