Yesterday, LAPTOP Magazine got their hands on one of the new 13.3″ Apple MacBooks (aluminum). My rants aside about some of the choices Apple made, it’s shaping up to be a solid entry in the budget 13.3-inch market.
The “glass” touchpad is turning out to be something pretty unique – it apparently does feel like a button when you push down on it. With the new design and new LED-backlit display, they think it’s possible it could even undercut sales of the MacBook Air which served as a guide to the new aluminum unibody construction.
They’ve included a video and discussed some benchmarks as well.
