Barry Gerber has finished a review of the Fujitsu Lifebook B6110D and Toshiba Portege R200 and compared them head-to-head. Both ultraportable laptops weigh under three and a half pounds, have 12.1-inch displays, and security features including a built-in fingerprint reader.
MobileTechReview has posted a review of the OQO model 01, everybody’s favorite Windows XP running handheld (really the only Windows XP running computer its size).
PC World has published a review of the Lenovo (IBM) ThinkPad X41, giving it 4 out of 5 stars.
There is a new review of the Dell Inspiron 700M at PC Magazine, giving it a 3.5 out of 5. The 700M is one of the cheapest ultraportables on the market, yet it still has a 12.1-inch widescreen (1280×800) – something of a rarity among ultraportables of this price range (which are using non-widescreen). The review by Cisco Cheng reinforces the affordability, saying The 700m nicely balances price and portability.
