Acer Aspire One – Linux Review (Techtree)

Acer Aspire One Techtree.com India has posted a review / in-depth look at the Linux version of the 8.9″ Acer Aspire One netbook.

This version of the Aspire One ships with Linpus Linux Lite running Xfce 4 (xfce.org) as the desktop environment / window manager

They’ve posted screenshots of OpenOffice, Media Master, Firefox, the instant messenger (“Messenger”), and Acer’s mail client / RSS reader. Quite a bit of it was customized for the Aspire One (splash screens, resolution, etc).
