IT Reviews has posted their review of the HP Compaq nc4200, the new ultraportable from HP Compaq. The nc4200 has a 12.1-inch display (XGA only), and runs non-ULV Pentium Ms (which impressed IT Reviews, considering they found it had a longer battery life than one would normally expect from an ultraportable running one of the full-speed Pentium Ms).

The nc4200 PV983AW is a great tool for the road warrior, if a little pricey, the only reservations being the lack of an optical drive and that none-too-bright screen.
