ThinkPad X41 Tablet PC On the Road

Ken Newsome has written an article, “Thinkpad Tablet: King of the Road”, about the Lenovo ThinkPad X41 Tablet PC and his experience of using it on the road. The ThinkPad X41 Tablet PC is the first Tablet PC bearing the ThinkPad moniker, and is actually a “convertible ultraportable” – having both a 12.1-inch touchscreen, while retaining an actual laptop keyboard. He liked it, citing the caps lock button’s placement as the only negative, and mentioning that an optical drive would have been nice (but it would have taken away from the portability).
