Last week, Acer announced the new Intel Core Duo-powered Acer TravelMate 3020. We were waiting for more information, but it looks like this is pretty much the same ultraportable notebook as the Acer TravelMate 3010/3012, with only a different case/covering (white-colored in the case of the 3020, aluminum in the case of the 3010 series). It has a 12.1-inch widescreen display, a Serial ATA harddrive, up to 2GB of memory, and utilizes an external DVD writer.
It’s interesting to note that the 3020 and 3010 series are treated as seperate series on Acer’s homepage.
