The Fujitsu LifeBook P1620 convertible Tablet PC has a 2GB memory option while the P1610 originally did not. Only 1GB of memory was a sticking point with some. James Kendrick over at jkOnTheRun poked around the Fujitsu site and turned up a 2GB option for the P1610.
For $500. It’s a “Micro-DIMM” – a low profile DIMM (smaller than most laptop DIMMs).
Anybdy know of any third-party options? Because of the small size, this maybe a very limited option, as in only one or two companies make or sell it.
