The new 10″ LG X110 netbook (aka the Xnote Mini ) has started showing up on some LGE websites, making this pretty official after Friday’s announcement (with the words “coming soon“). There are three colors for the Intel Atom-powered netbook – black, silver, and pink.
These are also listed as running Windows Vista Home Basic, which is somewhat rare among netbooks on this platform. There’s also Intel 802.11b/g (which is important to certain groups) wireless, as well as mobile broadband options (including a WLAN – Dual quad-band antenna).
A 3-cell and 6-cell battery are available.
Dimensions:
Width: 10.3 inches / 261.8 mm
Depth: 7.09 inches / 180 mm
Height: 0.75 – 1.22 inches / 19 – 31 mm
Weight: 2.62 pounds / 1.19 kg (3-cell)
LG mentioned that they had a larger shift key (larger than most netbooks), which is interesting – many complain about the position / size of the shift key with other netbooks.
