Earlier this week, Ars Technica published a review of the Lenovo ThinkPad X60 (The Lenovo ThinkPad X60s was reviewed by CNet earlier this week). Just like the ThinkPad X60s, the X60 is powered by an Intel Centrino/Core Duo CPU, and well, it’s basically the same as the X60s with the exception CPU differences and the addition of a fingerprint reader.
Lenovo has released details and is taking orders for their new ultraportable ThinkPads, the ThinkPad X60 and ThinkPad X60s. These are replacements for the ThinkPad X41 and X40 series and use Intel’s new Core Duo processors (Dual-Core CPUs running at 1.66 – 1.83GHz).
