Information has started trickling out about Toshiba’s M200 Tablet PC replacement, the M400 Tablet PC. The M400 is a “convertible” – Tablet PC functionality with a physical keyboard.
Little information is available at this time – it’s set to ship in February. This is what we know so far:

* 667MHz Frontside Bus
* Biometric/Fingerprint Scanner
* New Design (more of a redesign)
